Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Foreman

to supervise on-site operations, manage work crews, and ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers on site Assign tasks and ensure proper execution as per project plans Monitor job progress and maintain daily work reports Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed Check materials, tools, and equipment needed for work Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards Communicate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions Train and guide workers when required Ensure worksite cleanliness and organization

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
