Job Description

Client and partner management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other business clients.

Sales strategy and execution:

Identify new business opportunities, create and submit sales proposals, and arrange visits to potential customers.

Target achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform strategies.

Product knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest footwear trends, new product releases, and promotions to better serve clients.

Reporting and forecasting:

Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform business decisions.
Core skills and qualifications

Sales experience:

Experience in B2B sales or a related field, ideally with a background in the footwear industry.

Communication and negotiation:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and negotiating deals.

Business acumen:

Ability to analyze market data and contribute to strategic planning.

Customer service:

Skills in providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.

Organizational skills:

Ability to manage an inventory or client database and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
