Production Supervisor for Flip Flops and Slippers Manufacturing

Job Overview:

We need an experienced Production Supervisor to manage our flip flop and slipper making process. You should know how to make shoes, lead a team, and make sure we make good shoes efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily shoe-making tasks, focusing on flip flops and slippers. Use smart ways to make shoes better and waste less. Lead and teach our shoe-making team. Work with design and material teams to make sure shoes meet our standards. Keep track of how many shoes we make and try to meet our goals. Make sure our workplace is safe and follows safety rules. Help with ordering materials and managing supplies. Teach the team how to use new tools or methods. Talk to the bosses about how things are going and what we can do better.

Requirements:

Experience leading a team in shoe-making, especially flip flops and slippers, for at least 5 years. Know how to make shoe-making better and more efficient. Good at leading a team and teaching others. Know how to plan work and manage supplies. Care about making good quality shoes. Understand safety in the workplace. Good at talking and working with others.
