) or Diploma in shoe Designing, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (2-5 years) as a merchandiser in the footwear or fashion industry. Strong knowledge of sales principles, retail operations, and visual merchandising techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
