FASHION FOOTWEAR LIKE MENS. LADIES & CHILDREN 3D & 2D DESIGNER

PROFICIENT IN I-CAD SOFTWARE, SHOE MASTER*

Key responsibilities

Design creation:

Generate 3D models using software like I-CAD SOFTWARE, SHOE MASTER translating initial concepts into detailed, functional designs.

Market research:

Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and consumer needs to inform new designs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product developers Head to ensure designs meet business objectives and can be manufactured correctly.

Prototyping and refinement:

Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, providing feedback and making revisions to ensure the final product meets design intent, fit, and comfort requirements.
Required skills and qualifications

Technical skills:

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (I-CAD SOFTWARE, SHOE MASTER) and 2D design software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.

Design fundamentals:

A strong understanding of shoe construction

MENS. LADIES & CHILDRENanatomy, materials, and a keen eye for form, color, and detail are necessary.

Creative ability:

Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills are important for communicating design ideas.

Collaboration:

The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment is crucial.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a related field like Footwear Design is often preferred.

Experience:

Progressive experience in footwear design, often a minimum of 3-6 years, is typically required.
