Baljaru India, a fast-growing ladies' footwear brand redefining comfort and style, is seeking an experienced and driven footwear industry professional to join our leadership team. If you have a proven background in footwear design, production, and operations -- and the ability to lead teams and manage skilled labor -- we want to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end footwear development from concept to final production. Coordinate closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams. Monitor production timelines and ensure quality control at all stages. Manage workforce planning, including recruitment and supervision of skilled labor. Build and lead an efficient, motivated team on the shop floor and across departments. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Identify market trends and contribute to product innovation and strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the footwear industry. Proven ability to manage manpower, including skilled labor hiring and retention. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Deep understanding of materials, processes, and footwear market trends. Bachelor's degree in fashion, product development, business, or related field (preferred).
