Position Overview

We are looking for creative and passionate Footwear Designers -- Interns, Freshers, and Experienced (1-5 years) -- to join our design team.

Note: This position is only open for candidates based in Delhi NCR, India. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

? Design & Conceptualization: Create original footwear designs through sketches, renderings, and mood boards aligned with brand identity and market trends.

? Market Research: Study fashion and footwear trends, materials, and production techniques to guide design direction.

? Material & Color Selection: Identify suitable materials, textures, and color palettes for seasonal collections.

? Prototyping & Sampling: Develop prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and ensure comfort, design quality, and accuracy.

? Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical specifications for production and quality assurance.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align creative goals with business needs.

? Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure final production matches design intent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred).

? Experience: Open to Interns, Freshers, and professionals with 1-5 years of relevant experience.

? Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

? Creativity: Strong conceptualization, sketching, and visualization skills.

? Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on design precision, materials, and finishing.

? Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.

? Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset for design and production challenges.
