Job Description
Cozywalks is a sustainable and PETA approved Vegan footwear startup with its iconic patented sneaker based in Bangalore, backed by Government of Karnataka under its ELEVATE 2021 Idea2POC startup initiative Responsibilities: Design, Development and Rendering of Technical Models 2D and 3D of sneakers, Specifications that are production ready or for prototyping. Strategic Sourcing and Co-ordinating with multiple vendors or suppliers for contract manufacturing. Quality control and Periodical Production Audits at supplier or manufacturer whenever necessary. Co-ordinate with Operations and Logistics Team on Technical Clarifications. Costing of the Final Product or materials and Negotiating with the suppliers or their tech team to reduce costing of works package without compromising quality of the product. Forecasting of Trends and constantly working towards improving the product or design to bring out innovative products into the market. Qualifications: Experience in a relevant role in footwear/sneakers/fashion industry from FDDI or NIFT is desirable. Excellent communication skills and commitment to work independently towards achieving targets in a time bound approach. Quality Control, Testing and Practical Experience in Production and process line of shoes/footwear/sneakers ???? is essential.
