Position: Festival Intern (Various Positions) Available Internship Roles: Football Program Management: Sports Program Coordinator: Responsible for managing football matches, tournaments, and skill development sessions. Community Engagement Coordinator: Leads initiatives for special abilities football, cultural exchange, and community awards. Entertainment and Off-Pitch Coordinator: Organises E-gaming, performances, and the closing ceremony. Business Development and Partnerships: Sponsorship Management Executive: Secures and manages sponsor relationships to support the event. Vendor Relations Management Executive: Coordinates with local businesses and stallholders to enhance the festival experience. Networking and Collaboration Lead Intern: Facilitates connections within the football industry to expand partnerships. Support Roles: Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits and manages volunteers for various festival functions. Technical Support Lead: Ensures all technical aspects, including IT and equipment, are in place for seamless event execution. Customer Service Management Intern: Handles inquiries, ticketing, and ensures a positive attendee experience. Duration: 4 months Location: Malappuram About Us: Football Creatives Pvt Ltd is a dynamic organisation dedicated to the development and promotion of football at grassroots levels. Our upcoming Football Festival at Malappuram is set to be a grand celebration of the sport, featuring a series of events, tournaments, workshops, and more! Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in event planning and coordination for the Football Festival.
• Support the execution of on-ground activities and tournaments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
• Engage with participants, visitors, and stakeholders to enhance their experience.
• Assist in managing social media updates, content creation, and engagement.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the festival\'s impact and engagement.

Requirements:

• Passion for football and event management.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
