We're seeking a dynamic

Football Associate

with strong on-ground experience in organizing or supporting football tournaments. This individual is bridge between football networks (clubs, referees, players) and our event operations team.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in football -- must have played, coached, or managed football events. Experience in live football league or tournament operations is essential. Well-connected with clubs, coaches, academies, referees, and turf operators across Mumbai. Familiarity with legal processes, registration, match rules, and team structures. Knowledge of local venues, turf options, and match scheduling in the Mumbai region. Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and match software. Reliable communicator, calm under pressure, and available to work evenings/weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Coordination

Guide tournament format, age categories, and rules based on local league standards. Provide input on venue selection, team formats, and fixture planning across five Mumbai zones. Assist with registration SOPs, eligibility checks, and legal affiliations. Coordinate with vendors, team managers, and referees for operational alignment.
Event Operations & Matchday Support

Assist in venue assessment, technical inspection, and matchday layout planning. Help create the fixture calendar, manage matchday logistics, and resolve on-ground issues. Co-lead team manager briefings, referee orientation, and crowd coordination. Present for mock matches, final setup reviews, and all key matchdays.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
