Key Responsibilities:

Conduct football training sessions independently for assigned age groups. Develop and implement

age-specific lesson plans

aligned with the club's curriculum. Monitor and track individual and team progress. Provide constructive feedback to players to aid development. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaching staff. Maintain discipline, enthusiasm, and a positive environment during sessions. Support the physical development of players, including basic fitness and agility drills. Ensure player safety and adherence to club rules and protocols. Participate in tournaments, camps, and promotional events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

AIFF D / C License

or

NSIS Coaching Certification

(preferred). Minimum

1-2 years of coaching experience

post-certification. Strong knowledge of football techniques, drills, and youth coaching methods. Ability to plan and execute structured training sessions. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

, especially with young players and their parents. Passion for working with children and fostering holistic development.

Experience in fitness training

or conditioning will be considered an added advantage. Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as per training schedules.
