Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct football training sessions for students across different age groups. Develop and implement age-appropriate drills, fitness routines, and match strategies. Mentor and guide students on teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and leadership. Organize inter-school matches, tournaments, and practice games. Ensure safety standards and injury prevention during training and matches. Collaborate with school management and PE staff for sports events and overall student development. Take up any other responsibilities assigned by the school.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Football Coach, preferably in a school or academy setting. Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and training methods. Ability to motivate and inspire students of different age groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Football Coaching or Physical Education (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience playing at district/state/national level will be an added advantage.
