Operating across 8+ states and 80+ turfs/fields, we coordinate pick-up games and sessions through 90+ WhatsApp groups. Overview:

We are seeking passionate and responsible individuals to join our team as Football Chief for an exciting internship opportunity. As a Football Chief , you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing football games in your assigned region. This internship offers valuable experience in event coordination, payment handling, on-site game management, and data maintenance.

Stipend: Performance Based

Employment Type: Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

1.Game Coordination:

Oversee and coordinate football games in the assigned region.
Ensure smooth execution of games, addressing any on-site challenges that may arise.

2.Payment Handling:

Manage and handle customer payments for game participation.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure financial integrity.

3.On-Site Management:

Be present at the venue during football games to manage logistics and address any issues.
Coordinate with teams, turf owners and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for all participants.

4.Quality Recording:

Record high-quality footage of the football games for documentation and promotional purposes.
Ensure all recorded content meets the specified standards.

5.Data Management:

Maintain comprehensive data records of participating teams, players, and game outcomes.
Organize and update data to facilitate efficient reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:

1.Passion for football and a strong understanding of the game.
2.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3.Ability to handle on-site logistics and make decisions under pressure.
4.Proficient in managing financial transactions.
5.Basic knowledge of video recording and editing is a plus.
6.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
7.Ability to work independently and remotely.
