We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Foot Reflexology Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about holistic healing, client care, and delivering a premium wellness experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional foot reflexology treatments based on client needs
Understand reflex points and apply correct pressure techniques
Assess clients' wellness concerns and suggest suitable therapies
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety
Create a calm, relaxing, and welcoming experience for clients
Maintain treatment records and follow spa protocols
Upsell wellness packages and recommend follow-up sessions when appropriate
Requirements:
Certification or training in Foot Reflexology / Massage Therapy
Prior experience in a spa or wellness center preferred
Good knowledge of reflex points and pressure techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
