Job Description

Operations Management



Oversee daily operations of concession counters, snack bars, and in-theatre dining services.

Ensure smooth functioning during peak hours, movie intervals, and special shows.

Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.

Use data and analytics to track sales trends, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and inform future menu and promotion decisions

Menu & Quality Control



Plan, develop, and update food & beverage menu as per customer preferences and trends.

Ensure high-quality standards in food preparation, taste, hygiene, and presentation.

Monitor freshness and storage of all perishable/non-perishable items.

Compliance & Hygiene



Ensure adherence to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (FSSAI/Local norms).

Conduct regular kitchen and counter inspections for cleanliness.

Implement waste reduction and cost-control measures.

Financial & Sales Management



Track daily sales, cash flow, and reconcile accounts with finance/accounts team.

Work on strategies to increase F&B revenue through upselling and promotions.

Control costs related to procurement, wastage, and manpower.

Develop and implement strategies like bundling, upselling, and cross-selling to increase the average spend per head (SPH).

Conduct inventory management to avoid waste and spoilage while ensuring popular items are always in stock. This involves forecasting demand for different showtimes and movies.

Vendor & Inventory Management



Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of raw materials, snacks, and beverages.

Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Maintain proper stock records and avoid shortages or overstocking.

Event & Special Promotions



Plan and execute special F&B offerings during festivals, premieres, or promotions.

Coordinate with marketing teams for creative campaigns (combos, discounts, loyalty programs).

Technology & Systems



Oversee POS (billing systems) and ensure proper usage by staff.

Generate sales reports and analyze data for improving efficiency.

Implement digital ordering or mobile app-based F&B services if available.

Need 4+ experience in their career Prior to candidates who have experience in the theatre field and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
