VKS Hytech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Executive to ensure consistent product quality

Job Responsibilities - QC/QA Executive

- Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per standard procedures.

- Conduct moisture, fat, pH, and acidity analysis of sweets and snacks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Check Brix of various sweets and syrups on a daily basis.

- Analyze viscosity of products like pizza sauce and mayonnaise to maintain product consistency.

- Perform ash content analysis of raw materials and finished products as per specifications.

- Carry out milk quality testing, including parameters such as fat, SNF, and overall quality assessment.

- Conduct adulteration tests of milk to ensure product safety and authenticity.

- Prepare and maintain daily plant hygiene reports and ensure adherence to GMP and sanitation standards.

- Monitor hygiene practices in the production area and report deviations.

- Ensure all testing is done according to SOPs, FSSAI standards, and internal quality guidelines.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of test results, reports, and observations.

- Coordinate with production team- related issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
