Job Description

The Food Technician will assist in the development, testing, and production of food products, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting product innovation, maintaining process consistency, and ensuring that raw materials and finished goods meet the company's specifications.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in formulation, testing, and evaluation of food products. Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. Maintain records of laboratory tests, production trials, and sensory evaluations. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI

,

ISO

, and other relevant food safety standards. Support the R&D team in developing new recipes, improving existing products, and optimizing shelf life. Operate and calibrate laboratory and processing equipment. Collect and analyze samples to monitor microbial, chemical, and physical properties. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the lab and production areas as per GMP and HACCP protocols. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure quality consistency. Prepare detailed reports on trials, deviations, and product performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
