Job Description

Looking for a quality assurance manager / assistant / nutritionist, who could help the management in analyzing current products in the market & identifying new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyse existing products in the market from nutrition & technical standpoint. Scout for companies or brands who could be our potential suppliers. Check quality of incoming products. Take measures to improve the overall quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Ideate and develop new products. Onboard new vendors and maintain healthy relationships with them. Conduct lab tests to ensure food quality.

Requirements

Completed Bachelor's or Master's in Food Technology or related fields. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience is a must. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Related certifications are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Must have own laptop.
