Job Description

1) Undertake physical, chemical, and demonstration testing of daily laboratory mill grinding samples.

2) Continuously update the 1+5 grinding plan within the purchase process, based on obtained results.

3) Analyse inward wheat samples and communicate the findings to the procurement team via email.

4) Execute data entry for inward wheat variety into the SAP system.

5) Conduct regular checks on instruments, and promptly notify the maintenance or troubleshooting teams in the event of any issues.

6) Conduct a monthly analysis of competitor samples and provide a report to the Head Miller and GM through email.

7) Analyze packaging and online production samples and inform Miller via email.

8) Analyze trial tests in a systematic manner.

9) It is necessary to clear 1+5 lots in the procurement process, and to have the calibration of all equipment performed by an external party, with proper certificates being obtained to verify the accuracy of the calibrations.
