Job Summary:

VKS Hytech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

QA Executive

to ensure consistent product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across our FMCG food operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks on

raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

. Conduct

fat testing, ash testing, moisture testing, and other essential food & dairy quality tests

as per industry standards. Ensure compliance with

food safety standards (HACCP, FSMS, FSSAI)

. Maintain complete

QA documentation, records, and reports

. Support

internal and external audits

and certification processes. Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

. Coordinate with

production and warehouse teams

to drive continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

Graduate in

Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology

or related field.

2-3 years

of QA experience in the

FMCG/Food industry

. Strong knowledge of

food safety regulations, testing procedures, and quality systems

. Good communication skills with high attention to detail.
