Job Summary
We are looking for a Diploma holder in Food Technology to manage and support production operations at our Idli Atta manufacturing unit. The role involves ensuring product quality, hygiene standards, process control, and smooth day-to-day production activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production of idli atta and related products
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Monitor raw material quality and finished product consistency
Maintain SOPs, batch records, and production documentation
Support process improvements to enhance yield and quality
Coordinate with procurement, quality, and dispatch teams
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other applicable food regulations
Handle basic troubleshooting related to processing and machinery
Desired Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of food processing and cereal-based products
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
Ability to maintain production records and reports
Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office preferred
Experience
Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in food manufacturing units can apply
Experience in atta, flour, or fermented food products will be an advantage
