Food Technologist
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
New Product Development (NPD)
for nut-based spreads, snacks, chocolates, and health-oriented products.
Formulate, test, and optimize recipes ensuring quality, consistency, and shelf-life stability.
Collaborate with production, quality, and packaging teams to scale up new product formulations.
Research and experiment with innovative ingredients, processing techniques, and flavor profiles.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI
and international food safety standards for export markets.
Drive innovation in product categories such as
chocolates, nutraceuticals, and healthy foods
.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing
or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience
in
New Product Development
.
Preferred background:
Experience in
Chocolate, Nutraceutical, or Healthy Food Manufacturing
companies.
Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and sensory evaluation.
Creative, passionate about food innovation, and capable of working independently.
