Position : Food Technologist

We're growing fast and looking for a Food Technologist who's ready to take ownership -- from product sourcing and quality control to licensing and innovation. What You'll Do You'll be the backbone of our product and compliance ecosystem, responsible for everything that ensures our food products are safe, certified, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all licensing and certification work (FSSAI, Organic, ISO, etc.) for grocery and packaged products.

Work closely with our nutritionist and product team to develop new healthy product lines that align with user goals.

Maintain product quality standards across the entire supply chain -- from sourcing to storage.

Conduct periodic warehouse checks to ensure hygiene, safety, and product shelf-life standards are met.

Maintain detailed documenta on, batch records, and compliance reports as per regulatory norms.

Support R&D ac vi es for product trials, sampling, and tes ng.

Collaborate with opera ons and marketing teams for packaging, labeling, and launch ac vi es.

Be open to wearing multiple hats -- we're a startup, and agility is key.

Identify and manage vendor partners for raw materials and grocery procurement. What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in food product development, compliance, or quality assurance.

Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, food labeling, and certification processes.

Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and testing labs.

Sharp a en on to detail and proac ve problem-solving mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where roles evolve and collaboration is key.
