Overview :
As a Food technologist, you will be responsible for the food standards strategy development and maintenance. This includes collaborating with production team and service team to work as per the company standards.
:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining operations as per the standards set by FSSAI across all the branches. Review it and make the necessary rectification, if any issue is there
Manage food safety related complaints, investigations, and take corrective actions.
Personal hygine and people management
Ensure infrastucture as per FSSAI standards.
Procument and vendor related documentations
Providing gudieline to the company as per FSSAI or any other statoury authorities
Processs monitoring of preparation and ensure safe food is provied to customers and staff memebers at all time
Waste management
Any other department related job may occur time to time
Qualification & Experience -
Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Food Microbiology or related degree is required.
Should possess FoStac certificate
2-3 years related experience in produce/food industry or
Should possess excellent communication skills
Salary Depends upon the experience -
Fresher will get the stipend upto 15,000 per month
Interns are welcome, their stipend will be 10,000 per month
Salary for experienced person - 25,000- 35,000 Per month
Food will be provided by the company.
