B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Technology/Food Science or related field
Additional certifications in Food Safety/Quality Management preferred
Experience & Skills Required:
4-5 years of experience in food industry quality and production management
Strong knowledge of food safety norms, audit standards
(GFSI/BRC/FSSC)
, and
FSSAI
regulations
Experience in managing quality inspection teams
Proven track record in vendor quality management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Managing team of 20+ food safety inspectors across third-party manufacturing facilities
Overseeing quality assurance and compliance programs
Implementing food safety standards and protocols
Vendor quality management and development
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
