Assist in new product development (NPD) including formulation trials, sensory evaluations, and prototype preparation.
Support in lab-scale and pilot-scale experiments.
Conduct ingredient research, nutritional analysis, and shelf-life studies.
Assist in preparing SOPs, technical documentation, and research reports.
Work with senior technologists on QC/QA testing for compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, marketing, and design for project execution.
Maintain lab records, ensure proper sample labeling, and follow hygiene & safety standards.
Requirements:
Master' s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
