Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality assurance, and marketing to ensure product development goals are met.
Design and execute experiments and trials to optimize product formulations, shelf-life, and sensory attributes.
Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to assess product acceptability and preference.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the product development process.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
Develop and maintain product specifications, documentation, and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on new product launches and process improvements.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to food product development.
Requirements:
Master' s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
