Job Description

Production & Pilot Plant Supervision:

  • Oversee and execute plant projects, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Supervise raw material processing and manage production area sampling.
Plant Operations Management:
  • Lead and manage daily food plant operations to achieve production targets.
  • Implement best practices for food safety and quality management.
Safety & Quality Management:
  • Develop and maintain food safety and quality management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Supply Chain Management:
  • Optimize food supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
  • Conduct market research for export/import strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Research & Development:
  • Innovate and develop new food products, focusing on consumer trends and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in food safety, production, and plant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food processing, quality management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop export/import strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
