Job Description
Designation: Food Technologist Executive
Knowledge of developing and improving food products, ensuring their safety and quality, and providing technical support in various aspects of food production. This role combines scientific knowledge with practical culinary skills to create safe, innovative, and commercially viable food products.
Product Development:
- Research, design, and develop new food products.
- Modify existing recipes to improve taste, texture, and nutritional value.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and taste tests.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Perform shelf-life studies and stability testing.
- Source and evaluate raw materials and ingredients.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of ingredients.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and test results.
- Prepare reports on research findings and product development progress.
- Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations and ensure products meet legal requirements.
- Assist in securing necessary permits and approvals.
