Job Description

Key responsibilities:

a. Product Development:

1. Innovate and improve recipes while staying true to traditional methods and flavors.

2. Develop new product variations or flavors to expand the product line while ensuring quality and authenticity.

b. Quality Assurance:

1. Monitor and enforce quality control processes during production to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and quality.

2. Ensure all ingredients meet safety and quality standards, with a focus on sourcing natural, high-quality ingredients.

c. Regulatory Compliance:

1. Ensure all production processes comply with local food safety regulations.

2. Maintain accurate records of ingredients, batches, and quality checks to meet regulatory requirements.

d. Process Optimization:

1. Identify and implement improvements in production efficiency without compromising quality.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during production.

e. Shelf-Life and Storage:

1. Conduct regular shelf-life testing to maintain product freshness and quality for customers.

2. Oversee storage processes, ensuring products are stored under optimal conditions to retain flavor and nutritional value

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
