Food Technologist - QC Dept.



RM TEST/ FG TEST/ ON LINE CHECK/ ANALYSIS OF PROTEIN FAT MOISTURE ETC



Inspections and Testing: Conducting routine inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Performing basic tests and measurements using standard tools (like calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check against specifications. Operating electronic or software-based inspection equipment. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately recording inspection and testing results. Reporting any defects, non-conformances, or deviations to the QC Supervisor or relevant team. Maintaining organized records and documentation for traceability and audits. Compliance and Issue Resolution: Removing or discarding products that fail to meet specifications. Assisting in the investigation and analysis of minor quality issues (e.g., helping with root cause analysis). Ensuring work areas and processes comply with safety and quality regulations (e.g., HACCP in food, ISO standards). Process Support: Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures. Maintaining and ensuring the calibration of testing and measuring equipment. Collaborating with production or manufacturing teams to address quality concerns.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
