Improve existing products for taste, texture, nutrition, cost, and shelf life.
Conduct product trials, ingredient evaluation, and recipe optimization.
2. Quality Control & Food Safety
Implement and monitor food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSAI/USDA/EU regulations.
Perform sensory evaluation, physicochemical tests, and microbiological analysis.
Ensure products meet company and regulatory quality specifications.
3. Process & Production Support
Optimize food processing methods and production lines.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to formulation or processing.
Prepare SOPs, production guidelines, and technical documentation.
4. Research & Data Analysis
Analyze consumer trends, raw materials, and processing technologies.
Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing.
Maintain accurate records, test results, and technical reports.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with labeling regulations and nutritional standards.
Maintain documentation for audits and certifications.
Work with regulatory bodies for product approvals.
