Key Responsibilities
Operate high-pressure
homogenisers
as per SOP and production schedule.
Monitor operating parameters such as
pressure, temperature, flow rate, vibration, and noise
.
Perform
preventive maintenance
, lubrication, seal replacement, and minor overhauls.
Diagnose and attend
breakdowns
, reducing downtime and product loss.
Support and execute
CIP / SIP activities
ensuring hygiene and sanitation.
Inspect and maintain critical parts such as
valves, pistons, seals, pumps, motors, and pipelines
.
Maintain daily
operation logs, maintenance records, and spare usage reports
.
Follow
GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and safety guidelines
strictly.
Coordinate with production, QA, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with
dairy/food homogenisers
Strong
mechanical troubleshooting
skills
Knowledge of
food safety and hygiene practices
Understanding of
preventive maintenance systems
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
Preferred Experience
Dairy plants, milk processing units, beverage or food manufacturing facilities
Exposure to brands like Tetra Pak, GEA, SPX, Alfa Laval (preferred, not mandatory)
