Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and cleaners.
Schedule shifts and assign duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Train and guide new employees on food handling, hygiene, and service standards.
Enforce safety and hygiene regulations as per local health codes.
Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas.
Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
Order or requisition stock and ensure proper storage.
Control wastage and monitor cost-effectiveness in operations.
