Yash Charitable Trust

(YCT) was established in 2014 with the vision that neurodivergent adults (those with autism, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, CP and so on) live and work in the community of their choice with dignity and self-respect. To that end, the programs offered by YCT focus on training and providing livelihood opportunities, and other mental health support through therapies and counselling.

YCT is now looking for a dedicated

Food Service Coordinator

who understands and embraces the vision and mission of the NGO and will

oversee all operations and programs to support our Cafe, Bakery, Kitchen & Outdoor Catering (ODC) teams

.

Role Highlights:



Coordinate operations and communications across all food service units Create staff schedules & manage attendance Oversee procurement, hygiene, and workflow standards Support menu planning, documentation & team transitions Conduct site visits and maintain records

Requirements:



Minimum: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field Experience in Food & Beverage operations, coordination, or administration Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Good problem-solving ability, flexible, and a team player Ability to speak and understand English, Hindi, and basic Marathi Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools

Location:

Irla. Candidate is expected to travel to other locations as the need arises

Remuneration:



The salary and benefits package will be commensurate with the person's experience and qualifications.

Other:



The Food Service Coordinatorwill report to the Lead, Skilling & Supported Employment Program. A 40-hour work week is expected.
