Job Description

Greet guests warmly, seat them or direct them, and present menus in a polite, professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately, including noting special requests (e.g. diet restrictions, allergies, modifications). Relay orders to kitchen/bar staff, coordinate with them to ensure timely and correct delivery of food and drinks. Serve food and beverages to guests following service standards (correct portioning, presentation, serving temperature).
