Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment; cleaning work surfaces and dining areas; and ensuring overall kitchen cleanliness. Hygiene & Safety: Following strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses.
