Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant located in Rishikesh. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for food preparation, food service, customer service, and managing all food and beverage related functions. The Food and Beverage Assistant will work closely with the general manager to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to all safety and hygiene guidelines. Qualifications Food Preparation and Food Service skills Experience in customer service and managing food and beverage functions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and safety guidelines Ability to work flexible hours Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Key responsibilities F&B Service Order Taking Provide information about the menu to the guests Set up: Tables / buffet / restaurant set up (MEP) Other duties as assigned by the line manager Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage Service Good command over English language_Speak, read & write Table set up and clearance Polite and patient with a pleasing personality
