Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for follow-ups, submissions, and clarifications.
Support in compiling mandatory documents like FSMS plans, layout approvals, product list, water reports, and food safety audits.
Help maintain records of license renewals, modifications, and status tracking.
2. Regulatory Compliance Assistance
Support in drafting HACCP, GMP, GHP, and regulatory compliance checklists.
Assist in food label review as per FSSAI guidelines (ingredients, nutraceutical claims, allergen declarations).
Help monitor updates and new regulations released by FSSAI and other food authorities.
3. Training & Consulting Support
Assist in preparing
training material
, PPTs, manuals, handouts, and assessment sheets for Food Safety, FOSTAC, Hygiene, and other industry-specific programs.
Support trainers during sessions (coordination, attendance management, documentation).
Help in collecting data and preparing consulting reports, SOPs, workflow charts, and audit findings.
4. Content Preparation
Draft technical and educational content for food safety guidelines, regulatory updates, and blog articles.
Assist in preparing product profiles, compliance documents, process flow diagrams, and client-ready presentations.
Support social media content creation related to food safety awareness and industry best practices.
5. Client Coordination & Documentation
Communicate with clients for document collection, onboarding, and project updates.
Maintain organized folders for each project and ensure completeness of required forms and attachments.
Assist in generating invoices, reports, trackers, and project completion certificates.
