We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and engaging
Food Safety Trainer
to design, deliver, and evaluate food safety training programs. The trainer will ensure that students are fully compliant with food hygiene regulations, quality standards, and company policies. This role requires a balance of technical food safety expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training to various audiences.
Responsibilities:
Deliver food safety and HACCP training (classroom, on-site, and online).
Develop and update training materials and resources as and when required.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate training records and support internal/external audits.
Qualifications:
MSc or BSc in Food Technology, Food Science, or any other related fields.
Level 4 Award in Food Safety (recognized awarding body).
Level 3 or 4 Award in HACCP.
FSSC or ISO 22000 Lead Auditor certification (added advantage).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in the food industry or delivering training.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC, and ISO 22000 standards.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to adapt training for different learning levels.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
