Job Description

Ensure compliance with

FSSAI regulations

and food safety laws Implement and monitor

Food Safety Management System (FSMS)

Maintain

HACCP, GMP, and GHP

standards Conduct regular

internal food safety audits

Ensure proper

hygiene, sanitation, and pest control

practices Monitor

food handling, storage, and temperature control

Verify

raw material quality

and approved vendors Maintain all

food safety documents, records, and licenses

Handle

customer complaints

related to food quality & safety Train staff on

food safety, hygiene, and compliance SOPs

Ensure proper

labeling, packaging, and traceability

Coordinate with authorities during

inspections and audits

Identify risks and take

corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

Ensure compliance with

company SOPs and statutory norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
