Monitor and supervise kitchen staff operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth execution.
Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
Ensure adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures.
Collect food samples on every 4th days and coordinate dispatch to a nearby accredited laboratory.
Maintain and update checklist compliance records using Vardan Envirolab Inspection App.
Record and manage checklist data via digital checklist system.
Track audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs through the inspection platform.
Generate daily and periodic compliance reports for the management team.
Report and escalate non-compliance or quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct hygiene awareness and SOP training, ensuring application-based data accuracy
