Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor
HACCP systems
across production processes
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI and food safety regulations
Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits in the production area
Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and maintain documentation
Coordinate with production and quality teams to address food safety issues
Train staff on food safety, hygiene, and SOPs
Maintain food safety records, reports, and audit documents
Support internal and external food safety inspections
Required Skills & Qualifications
HACCP Certification (Mandatory)
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology or related field
6 months to 1 year of experience in food safety or QA role
Knowledge of bakery or food manufacturing processes preferred
Good documentation and reporting skills
Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach
