Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and organizing
FSSAI-mandated records and registers
.
Help implement and monitor
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
across departments.
Support
internal audits
and daily hygiene inspections.
Work with the
quality and production teams
to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.
Help prepare documentation for
FSSAI audits and renewals
.
Update records related to
raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing
.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields
.
Basic knowledge of
FSSAI guidelines
and food safety management systems.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a
factory/manufacturing environment
.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to practical compliance processes.
