Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on food safety management systems such as
HACCP

, and ISO-based frameworks.
Provide training aligned with
FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India)
requirements and international food safety norms.
Train students/professionals for
Level 4 Food Safety qualification
(Supervisory/Managerial level).
Prepare learners for industry audits and third-party certifications (e.g., TUV, SGS).
Design course material, assessment tools, and training modules in compliance with food laws and global standards.
Conduct mock audits and practical exercises for quality assurance, traceability, food fraud prevention, and food defense.
Guide learners on documentation, internal audits, and compliance for HACCP & ISO 22000.
Stay updated with food safety trends, laws, and global regulatory changes.
