Conduct on-site and remote audits of food manufacturing, processing, storage, and distribution facilities.
Assess compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, BRC, and other relevant certifications.
Review and verify food safety management systems, documentation, records, and SOPs.
Identify areas of non-compliance and provide clear corrective actions and recommendations.
Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, ratings, and compliance status.
Conduct follow-up audits to ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Provide guidance to clients on continuous improvement and best practices in food safety and hygiene.
Stay updated with regulatory changes, industry trends, and evolving standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies as required.
