About the Internship
We are looking for an enthusiastic Food Quality Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in food quality assurance, production processes, and compliance standards within a professional food manufacturing environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring quality control processes during production.
Conduct sampling, inspection, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Support in maintaining quality documentation, records, and reports.
Learn and assist in ensuring compliance and other food safety standards.
Coordinate with the production team to address quality issues and deviations.
Support in hygiene audits, SOP implementation.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of food science, microbiology, and quality assurance.
Strong observation and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
