Job Title:

Food Quality Controller

Location:

Turbhe MIDC, Navi Mumbai (In-person)

Responsibilities:

Develop & implement food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP)

Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer standards

Conduct internal/external audits and manage CAPAs

Supervise QA team and train production staff

Monitor production processes and raw materials

Maintain accurate quality documentation and traceability

Requirements:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field

5+ years in Food QA/QC, with audit & certification experience (e.g., BRC, SQF)

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and QMS software

Salary: ?15,000 - ?20,000/month
