Job Title:

Food Quality Assurance (QA) Technician/Manager

Job Summary:

The Food Quality Assurance (QA) Technician/Manager is responsible for implementing

and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that food products comply with

health and safety regulations and standards. This role involves conducting inspections,

performing quality tests, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high

standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Production Processes: Oversee and document the production process to

ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

- Conduct Inspections and Tests: Perform routine inspections and quality tests on raw

materials and finished products to identify potential food safety issues and deviations

from established standards.

- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food

safety regulations. Prepare and present quality assurance reports and documentation.

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Review and update SOPs for food safety and

quality assurance.

- Training: Train staff on proper food handling procedures to maintain a hygienic

production environment.

- Audit Participation: Participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external

regulatory bodies.

- Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the production team to implement

appropriate food safety measures and make necessary improvements or corrections

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology,

Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

- 3-4 Years Previous experience in food quality assurance or a related field is preferred.

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sanitation

practices and food safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
