Food Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Consistently ensuring that processes follow the guidelines provided by the quality team
2. Meeting deadlines and completing tasks or targets within the allotted time frame
3. Maintain product quality standards as per SOPs & GMP.
4. Ensuring that machinery and equipment are handled with care, maintained properly, and kept in working condition
5. Handling raw materials, packaging materials, and ensuring correct transfer and storage
6. Keeping the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized for safety and efficiency
7. Monitor and reduce rejection/rework rates.8. Maintain shift-level production data & daily reports.
9. Ensure material availability and line readiness before shifts.
10. Identify, escalate, and help resolve breakdowns, quality issues, or manpower problems quickly.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is

12th Pass

and

1 - 2 years of experience

in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
